Hiring: E-Commerce Operations Manager
Hastakala is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store and ensure a smooth customer experience from browsing to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Manage customer queries across website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
- Photoshoot Coordination: Coordinate product shoots and ensure content meets brand requirements.
- Website Listing Checks: Review product listings for accurate images, descriptions, pricing, tags, and collections.
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels and coordinate with procurement for restocking.
- Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics partners to ensure timely shipping and resolve delivery issues.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee order processing, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
