We want you to love what you wear! If something doesn’t feel right, here’s what you need to know:
Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Unused items in their original condition
- Items with manufacturing defects
Not Eligible for Return:
- Used or worn items
- Altered or customized products (e.g., stitched blouses, sarees with stitched fall)
Return Window:
- Returns can be made only online - please email at payments.hastakala@gmail.com and our customer support team will assist you with your return.
How to Return:
- Returns can be made online or in person at any Hastakala store.
- We offer free return shipping, whether it’s a defect.
Refund Policy:
- We do not offer cash or card refunds.
- All eligible returns and exchanges will be processed as store credit only.
- Store credit can be used on future purchases at your convenience.
