Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Products that have arrived at your doorstep damaged
Not Eligible for Return:

Used or worn items
- Altered or customised products (e.g., stitched blouses, sarees with stitched fall)
Return Window:
- Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date.
How to Return:
- It is mandatory to share a video recording of your parcel being opened in order to be eligible for return.

- We offer free return shipping - no questions asked
Refund Policy:
- All eligible returns and exchanges will be processed as store credit or cash, based on customer preference.
- Store credit can be used on future purchases at your convenience.
