Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If something doesn’t feel right, here’s what you need to know:

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • All sarees in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition are eligible for return.
  • Approved returns will be issued as a Hastakala Gift Card / Store Credit of the same value as saree.
  • Store credit can be used across any future purchase at Hastakala website only.
  • An exchange request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • After 7 days, we will not be able to accept return or exchange requests.
  • Store credit or gift card will be issued only after we receive and inspect the saree to ensure there is no damage.
  • Please whatsapp us at +91 9834275547, and our customer support team will assist you with the process.
  • We offer free return shipping for eligible returns.

 Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or worn items
  • Altered or customised products (e.g., stitched blouses, sarees with stitched fall)

Refund Policy:

  • All approved returns and exchanges will be processed as store credit, gift card, or cash, based on customer preference.
  • Store credit / gift card can be used on future purchases at your convenience.
  • Store credit or refund will be issued only after the returned saree is received and passes quality inspection.
